Different manufacturers provide varying levels of data through their dealership networks. Brands with more comprehensive records (BMW, Mini, Toyota, Mazda) are priced slightly higher to reflect the richer information available. All reports include the full data we can retrieve from that brand's official database.
We cover vehicles worldwide — as long as the vehicle was serviced at an authorised dealership for its brand at least once, it will appear in our database. Coverage can vary by brand and region. If you are unsure whether your vehicle is covered, contact us before placing an order and we will check for you.
Most reports are delivered within a few hours of payment confirmation. We guarantee delivery within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received.
If we cannot find any records for the VIN you provided in our databases, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund — no questions asked.
