Cars Check — Vehicle History provides a paid service where we look up available information related to a specific vehicle based on the VIN number you provide. You pay once per report, and we deliver the results to your email. No user accounts, no subscriptions — just a simple one-time service.
When you submit a VIN and place an order, you confirm that:
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or credit card. We never store or see your card details. Your order begins as soon as the payment is completed.
Note: Online card payments are currently being set up. In the meantime, contact us at [email protected] to place your order and we will arrange payment manually.
If we cannot retrieve a report for any reason, you get 100% of your money back — no questions asked.
Contact us as soon as possible. If the report has not yet been requested from the dealership, we will refund you in full.
Once your report is successfully delivered to your email, the service is considered completed and the payment is non-refundable.
We deliver all reports by email to the address you provide at the time of ordering. Most reports are delivered within a few hours of payment, but timing may vary depending on data availability. We guarantee delivery within 24 hours.
